Freepik is democratizing AI-powered creativity for 1M+ monthly users and is now betting big on enterprise adoption. You'll build and lead the global customer growth machine that turns design teams into power users and drives expansion revenue at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current enterprise customer base, establish baseline NRR, and identify top 20 expansion opportunities

Define and socialize global customer growth strategy (account management + customer success alignment) with leadership

Audit existing account management and CS processes; identify gaps vs. MEDDPICC/value-based selling standards

4

Build 90-day operating rhythm: weekly metrics reviews, monthly forecasts, customer health scoring framework

By 6 Months

Scale account management team to cover enterprise segment with clear territory and quota assignments

Launch account-based marketing (ABM) program with marketing; execute expansion campaigns on 10+ key accounts

3

Establish NRR target and hit it: implement expansion playbooks, upsell/cross-sell motions, and renewals process

Build data-driven operating model with RevOps: dashboards, forecasting, pipeline velocity, and customer health metrics

Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

% revenue retained + expansion revenue from existing customers; target: >120% for SaaS growth

Expansion Revenue

Total ARR/MRR growth from existing customer base; measure ACV growth and upsell attach rates

Customer Health Score

Composite metric tracking usage, adoption, sentiment, and churn risk; informs proactive retention plays

Sales Productivity (Revenue per AE)

Expansion revenue divided by number of account executives; benchmarks team performance and capacity

CAC Payback Period

Months to recover customer acquisition cost; lower is better for unit economics

Renewal Rate

% of contracts renewed; tracks customer retention and relationship health

  • You've scaled enterprise sales and/or CS teams from 5→50+ people in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • You own revenue metrics obsessively: you live in dashboards, build forecasts, and make data-driven decisions
  • You can speak fluently with C-suite stakeholders and build strategic partnerships (not just transactional deals)
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can operate at both 10,000-foot strategy and execution detail simultaneously
  • You've driven NRR >120% in a previous role and understand expansion revenue mechanics deeply
Won't Work If
  • You've only managed individual contributors or small teams (<10 people); this role requires building and scaling organizations
  • You view customer success as a cost center, not a revenue engine; you need to believe expansion > net new
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site work or relocating to San Francisco; this is explicitly on-site
