The Challenge
Foxcroft Collection is building their DTC powerhouse and needs a hands-on Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own the full growth funnel-from email campaigns to product launches to paid performance. You'll report directly to the Senior Director, DTC and have direct impact on revenue.
Your Mission
Map current email marketing strategy, audit existing Klaviyo workflows, and establish baseline metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue attribution) across all campaigns
Own first 2-3 seasonal product launches end-to-end-coordinate with Buying team, optimize product setup in Shopify, and execute coordinated email + paid campaigns
Build a monthly content calendar aligned with brand moments and establish weekly reporting cadence with leadership showing revenue impact and optimization wins
Implement A/B testing framework across email sends and audit paid advertising performance across channels; deliver first optimization recommendations
Grow email list by 25%+ through acquisition campaigns; increase email revenue contribution by 15-20% YoY through segmentation and lifecycle automation
Establish product launch playbook with documented timelines, cross-functional accountability, and post-launch optimization protocol
Optimize site merchandising strategy-homepage, category pages, PDPs-based on GA4 analysis and user behavior data; track conversion rate lift
Deliver quarterly business review to leadership showing email ROI, paid channel performance, customer retention metrics, and strategic recommendations for next quarter

Email Revenue Attribution
Track revenue generated directly from email campaigns (automated + batch) with clear attribution model in Klaviyo.
Conversion Rate
Monitor on-site conversion rate by traffic source and product category; benchmark against historical performance.
Average Order Value (AOV)
Track AOV trends across email segments, paid channels, and seasonal periods; optimize merchandising to lift.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Measure retention rate and repeat purchase behavior; track impact of email lifecycle campaigns on CLV.
Email Engagement Metrics
Monitor open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate, and segment performance; use for A/B test decisions.
Paid Ad ROAS
Track return on ad spend across paid channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google) and optimize budget allocation.
