We’ve raised $2.5M+ from YCombinator
and other exceptional investors, and we’ve grown from 0 to 100+ customers in the last 3 months.We are working on one of the largest problems in services
: insurance for businesses with complex risk, a $100B+ market in the US alone.We are a team of 3 working in-person in NYC
: this is not a traditional role, you will work directly with the founders and a cracked founding team. We work 5-6 days a week in-person.- James Chen (Co-Founder, CEO): Previously created and led the Enterprise function at Traba. Ex-BCG and UChicago. Former debate champion ranked #1 in the US out of 10,000.
- Bryant Le (Co-Founder, CTO): Previously engineering at Google and SentiLink (Series B, a16z). Vanderbilt Applied Math/CS.
- David Mason (Head of Growth): Previously consulting at BCG (PE due diligences), former founder, Yale graduate.
As Growth & Operations Analyst, You'll
- Own inbound sales: speak to prospects, qualify them, close them
- Own operations work: work with underwriters and insurance carriers to place coverages
- Own customer success: serve as the main point of contact for our clients from inception through renewal
