Fantasy partners with Google, Microsoft, Nike, Spotify to build AI-powered digital experiences. You'll own end-to-end new business strategy—pipeline generation through close—for their most ambitious chapter yet.
Your Mission
Map high-value target accounts and key decision-makers; develop a ranked opportunity pipeline with 15+ qualified prospects
Define repeatable lead generation playbook with clear qualification criteria and outreach cadence
Establish relationships with 8-10 C-level stakeholders at target brands; schedule discovery conversations
Present internal strategy deck with go-to-market thesis, competitive positioning, and 12-month revenue targets
Close 2-3 new brand logos; demonstrate proof of concept with expanded footprint in 1-2 existing partners
Build pipeline visibility system (CRM, dashboards) reporting weekly to executive team with forecast accuracy >80%
Lead 6-8 full pitch cycles end-to-end; establish repeatable narrative and collateral library
Align outbound strategy with marketing; drive 40%+ of qualified inbound leads into structured sales process

New Logo Count
Number of net new enterprise brands signed in period; target: 2-3 by month 6.
Pipeline Value
Total contract value of opportunities in active qualification/negotiation stages; maintain 3x quarterly revenue target.
Win Rate
Percentage of pitches that convert to signed contracts; baseline 25-35% for enterprise deals.
Sales Cycle Length
Average days from first qualified conversation to contract close; target <120 days for new logos.
Relationship Expansion Revenue
New revenue from deepened partnerships in existing accounts; measure expansion deals closed per quarter.

- You're fluent in digital products, design, and emerging tech—you can credible-talk to CMOs and CTOs without stumbling
- You thrive in ambiguity; you build structure and process where none exists; you execute without waiting for permission
- You're willing to travel 30%+ and spend time in-person building trust; you know deal-making happens face-to-face
- You're remote-only or unwilling to travel; this role is on-site with significant travel required
- Your background is primarily SDR/BDR or inbound marketing; you need enterprise new business closing experience
- You lack a genuine network or relationship-building mindset; you prefer systems over relationships
- You need immediate structure and clear KPIs; you must be comfortable building processes and reporting frameworks from scratch
