We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Marketing Technical Lead to serve as a key technology leader within our Banking and Capital Markets practice supporting a Marketing Org of a Fintech Client. This role focuses on driving collaboration across internal data, martech and campaign operations teams and clients to deliver integrated, Salesforce-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.


As a Technology Lead, you will ensure alignment between advisory, technology, and operations while strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across current and future client engagements. This position requires a blend of deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Agentforce and Data Cloud expertise, client relationship management, and strong business acumen to succeed in a fast-paced financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of B2B Marketing Use Cases around Customer Journey Optimization
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Drive marketing transformation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers and consultants
  • Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Ensure best practices in solution design, data management, and system integration
  • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce capabilities


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Cloud technologies
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role working with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of at least 5 members
  • Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Advanced)
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce
  • Solid understanding of marketing domain, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in customer segmentation and campaign design


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
  • Strong data modeling skills and proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization, Pages, and Email personalization
