The Challenge

EPSILON France (Publicis) runs 100+ datamarketing platforms daily for 300+ clients. You'll own CRM campaign activation for a major automotive player, coordinating creative, data, and IT teams across international and French markets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Adobe Campaign configuration and CRM workflow setup for active client campaigns

2

Execute 15+ campaign deployments with zero QA failures across email, SMS, and RCS channels

3

Build segmentation playbooks and document GDPR compliance protocols for reuse

4

Establish clear handoff processes between creative, data, and IT teams to eliminate delays

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end campaign performance analytics: track open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability metrics

Optimize segmentation strategy based on 6 months of campaign data to improve targeting precision

3

Reduce campaign deployment time by 30% through process improvements and automation

4

Mentor junior activation team members and become go-to CRM expert for client escalations

Salary

€38K-€48K base

Remote

Hybrid: 2 days/week remote from Paris office. Up to 6 weeks/year remote work globally.
