The Challenge
EPSILON France (Publicis' data marketing powerhouse) runs 100+ platforms daily for 300+ clients. You'll own end-to-end multichannel relationship marketing projects—from strategy to execution—while mentoring junior talent and working with Fortune 500 brands.
Your Mission
Deliver 2-3 complete project scopes, benchmarks, and competitive analyses for assigned client portfolio
Master Adobe Campaign and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud workflows through live project delivery
Onboard and establish working rhythm with junior assistant (structure their first 90 days)
Build internal stakeholder relationships across 70+ Customer Interaction experts and cross-functional teams
Own P&L for 3-5 active projects (budgets, timelines, resource allocation, billing accuracy)
Develop 2-3 original relational/conversational marketing playbooks that become reusable client templates
Deliver measurable uplift on client KPIs (response rates, conversion lift, campaign velocity)
Present strategic recommendations directly to client C-suite or equivalent decision-makers

Project Delivery On-Time & On-Budget %
Track percentage of projects delivered within scope, timeline, and budget forecasts.
Client Satisfaction / NPS
Post-project feedback scores from account directors and clients on collaboration and output quality.
Campaign Performance Lifts
Measure response rate, open rate, conversion, or engagement improvements vs. client baseline or benchmarks.
Junior Mentee Progression
Track skills acquired, projects completed solo, and readiness for promotion of your assigned assistant.

Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped 3+ years of agency-side project management in digital marketing or MarTech
- You're fluent in English and French (client calls, documentation, team collaboration)
- You thrive juggling timelines, budgets, and stakeholders without losing diplomatic composure
- You want to grow: mentoring juniors + owning strategy + executing campaigns (not just admin work)
- You have <3 years agency project management experience or no direct CRM campaign exposure
- You're not fluent in English or prefer minimal client interaction
- You want purely remote work or have no appetite for relationship-heavy account management
