A logistics company in Caen is building their digital presence from the ground up. You'll own social media strategy, website development, and video content creation—real visibility with immediate impact on their growth.
Your Mission
Launch or overhaul company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with consistent posting calendar and 500+ followers
Audit and document current website performance; implement 3-5 quick wins (SEO basics, CTA optimization, mobile fixes)
Produce 4-6 pieces of original content (blog posts, videos, infographics) aligned with logistics industry messaging
Establish baseline metrics: traffic, engagement rate, lead quality from digital channels
Grow social following to 2K+ with 3-5% engagement rate; identify highest-performing content themes
Increase website traffic by 40% YoY through SEO, content, and paid social experiments
Complete 12+ video assets (product demos, company culture, logistics insights) with editing portfolio ready
Generate qualified leads dashboard tracking source, conversion rate, and cost-per-lead by channel

Social Media Engagement Rate
Track likes, shares, comments as % of followers across all platforms to validate content strategy
Website Traffic & Conversion Rate
Monitor monthly sessions, bounce rate, and form submissions to measure digital funnel health
Content Output & Performance
Number of pieces published monthly + average time-on-page and scroll depth to prove quality
Lead Quality Score
Assign points to leads by source; measure which channels deliver sales-qualified prospects

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a BAC+3 RMDP (Responsable Marketing et Publicité en Ligne) degree and want real-world experience
- You're comfortable being the first/only digital marketer at a company—you'll build systems from scratch
- You're fluent in French and comfortable in a French-speaking workplace (Caen, Normandy)
- You're a generalist: equally comfortable posting on social, editing video, and digging into Google Analytics
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Caen
- You're looking for a large marketing team with clear departmentalization and mentorship structures
- You're only interested in demand-gen or paid ads; this role requires content creation and social storytelling
