Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives and drive revenue through innovative sales strategies and dynamic marketing campaigns. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales plans, manage key client relationships, and collaborate across teams to ensure the achievement of ambitious sales goals. We are expanding into new markets, beginning with Pittsburgh and exploring growing into the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share and revenue streams.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive outside sales efforts by engaging with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through effective account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze pipeline data, and generate insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct business development activities focused on enterprise-level selling within a corporate sales environment, including managing complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Analyze sales data using analytics tools to identify trends, forecast performance, and refine strategies for continuous growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and enterprise selling within a technology.
- Strong management skills with experience leading sales teams or managing business development management functions.
- Proficiency with sales management systems to streamline processes and optimize performance.
- Excellent customer relationship building skills coupled with effective negotiation capabilities to close deals successfully.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles combined with technical sales experience to craft compelling value propositions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales analytics & reporting tools for strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing sales strategy or development teams while meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently.

Pay: $58,543.45 - $70,503.94 per year
