The Challenge

Doctolib is Europe's leading health tech platform serving thousands of healthcare professionals. As Lead PMM, you'll own the go-to-market strategy for their products, driving adoption among doctors and specialists while scaling a market-leading platform.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Conduct deep user research with healthcare professionals to map 3-5 critical pain points and unmet needs

Audit competitive positioning and deliver a market analysis with strategic recommendations to product leadership

3

Define and lock positioning narrative and key messaging framework for your primary product scope

4

Launch a product launch playbook and run first standardized launch with cross-functional team

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 major product launches following your new playbook, tracking adoption lift and engagement metrics

Build and mentor junior PMM team members on launch excellence and strategic frameworks

3

Develop adoption and usage strategy framework with product team; identify and sponsor 3+ high-impact UX improvements

4

Present quarterly market trends and roadmap recommendations to executive leadership; influence product strategy priorities

% of target users activating and regularly using launched features within 90 days

  • You have 8+ years product marketing experience with proven go-to-market expertise in B2B SaaS or tech
  • You thrive orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder product launches and can influence without direct authority
  • You're obsessed with understanding user needs deeply and translating insights into winning positioning and messaging
  • You want to build and mentor a high-performing PMM team while scaling healthcare tech at European scale
Won't Work If
  • You're early-career (less than 7 years PMM experience) without proven complex launch leadership
  • You prefer hands-off roles—this requires deep cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and operational excellence
  • You lack curiosity about healthcare, regulation, or B2B dynamics in regulated industries
