Responsibilities
As our Marketing Manager for Marc Jacobs Makeup, you are responsible for strategy, implementation, and collaboration. You will lead launch readiness and drive the full 360 post‑launch strategy for this highly anticipated re-entry into the market. You will develop retailer-specific marketing plans, partnering closely across functions to ensure flawless forecasting, budgeting, in‑store execution, and ecommerce activations. You will translate insights and performance analytics into future strategy, fueling a robust multi‑year plan that accelerates brand growth and strengthens our presence in makeup.
Your main focus:
- Lead and finalize launch plans that deliver disruptive, culturally relevant activations
- Partner crossfunctionally to ensure all plans are tailored for market and retailer requirements
- Analyze launch performance, uncover insights, and translate findings into future strategy
- Oversee forecasting cycles, budgets, and innovation planning tools with precision
- Ensure flawless execution of in‑store merchandising and ecommerce brand experience

Qualifications
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- 4-6 years brand marketing experience with strong planning, analytical & organizational capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and build strong working relationships
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint & ability to build presentations that tell a story
- Confident presenter with strong communication and public speaking skills
- Genuine passion for makeup, beauty, and cultural trends that shape consumer behavior
- Makeup brand experience
- Specialty Retailer channel experience
- Highly proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

- Base Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000
