We are seeking an innovative Client Marketing Manager staffed in-house with our agency, to drive the growth of this fast-emerging franchise brand. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part with informing and executing our Client's marketing strategy that incorporates both traditional and digital marketing efforts, all with a heavy focus on data-driven results.
The role includes stakeholder management within the franchise system, regularly interfacing with franchisees whether it’s training/onboarding or supporting ad hoc requests. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Project Management: Plan and oversee the execution of all corporate marketing campaigns utilizing CONRIC’s subject matter experts or other approved client vendor partners, including digital, print, social media, public relations and direct marketing. Oversee and make sure timelines are met across all agency partners and internal teams (when applicable) - this is very important in this role! Strategic Leadership: Implement and continue to fine tune a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share. Fully lead corporate marketing plans and support ad hoc franchise needs when applicable. Analytics: Utilize existing dashboard/reporting systems to take learnings from campaigns and make recommendations along with agency partners for continued optimization of plans. The franchise system is young - so being able to drive a successful process of test/learn/optimize is really important. Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content agencies/vendors to generate digital and print advertising material. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Franchisees and other corporate departments to ensure the marketing strategy is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. This also includes managing corporate relationships with other 3rd party vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the Franchising industry. Aviation experience is a plus. Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Exceptional project management skills. Polished and professional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics. Experience working in a marketing role supporting a fast growing company is a plus.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
