The Challenge

CodePath is scaling enrollment across the US through faculty and student champions. You'll own the entire digital outreach machine—HubSpot sequences, lifecycle campaigns, and national info sessions—driving 2026 enrollment goals and tackling a 32% admitted-to-enrolled drop-off.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and segment CodePath's national contact database by school, department, and prior engagement; build and launch your first semester outreach cycle with baseline open/click/conversion metrics.

Audit existing HubSpot sequences and lifecycle campaigns; identify quick wins (timing, copy, segmentation) and implement 3-5 optimization tests.

Establish re-engagement playbook for prior students; analyze cohort eligibility and launch first targeted re-enrollment sequence.

Coordinate and run 2-3 national virtual info sessions end-to-end; document funnel and conversion data.

By 6 Months
1

Reduce admitted-to-enrolled drop-off from 32% to sub-28% through iterative email/SMS timing, messaging, and channel tests; document winning playbook.

Build and activate champion network: establish relationships with 20+ faculty advocates and strengthen ties with ColorStack, NSBE, SHPE; track champion-sourced enrollments.

Scale outreach volume: execute 4 full semester cycles with growing sophistication in AI-assisted personalization and conditional logic; improve response rates quarter-over-quarter.

Deliver monthly performance dashboards to Director of Growth with cohort analysis, campaign performance, and optimization roadmap; demonstrate clear ROI on outreach spend.

Track open rates across outreach sequences to faculty, students, and institutional partners; aim for 35%+ baseline.

Click-Through Rate

Monitor CTR on HubSpot campaign links; iterate messaging and timing to improve engagement.

Admitted-to-Enrolled Conversion Rate

Primary metric: reduce 32% drop-off through lifecycle campaign optimization; track by cohort and channel.

Re-Enrollment Rate

Percentage of eligible prior students who re-enroll after targeted outreach; measure campaign-driven incremental conversions.

Virtual Info Session Attendance & Conversion

Track session registration, attendance, and post-session enrollment; optimize scheduling and follow-up sequences.

Response Rate by Segment

Faculty vs. student vs. career services response rates; use data to inform segmentation and personalization strategy.

  • You've built and scaled HubSpot workflows from scratch and obsess over segmentation, timing, and personalization—not just send volume.
  • You're comfortable with automation, conditional logic, and data analysis; you don't need a data analyst to interpret your own campaign results.
  • You use AI tools daily for copy, sequence optimization, and research; you're curious and self-directed about what's possible.
  • You've worked in EdTech, enrollment marketing, or higher education outreach and understand faculty and student audiences.
