The Challenge

ClassDojo reaches 45M kids across 180 countries through the #1 K-12 communication app. You'll build experiments and features that unlock growth across millions of students, teachers, and families—moving fast in a pair-programming culture that ships daily.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 3-4 production experiments analyzing user engagement and retention metrics

Pair with product and design teams to identify and scope 2-3 high-impact growth opportunities

Build or improve experimentation tooling and instrumentation for faster iteration cycles

4

Establish working rhythm within pair programming environment and contribute to engineering culture

By 6 Months
1

Drive and own end-to-end execution of experiments that move core growth KPIs (DAU, retention, conversion)

Establish data-driven testing cadence and playbook for rapid hypothesis validation

3

Mentor 1-2 junior engineers on growth engineering best practices and experimentation methodology

4

Contribute to roadmap by identifying and validating 2-3 scalable growth levers for next phase
