What Youâll Own Day One
Strategic Vision Ramp; Brand Define a multi-channel marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion) that positions CityZeen as the go-to FinTech for sustainable real estate investing .
Craft our brand narrative, PR roadmap, and executive thought-leadership cadence to build trust with investors, partners, and media.
Demand Generation and Growth Architect and optimize a data-driven funnelâfrom performance marketing (SEM, social, affiliate) to account-based marketing (ABM) for high-value institutional prospects .
Leverage advanced GTM modelsâProduct-Led Growth, Channel-Partner, and Sales-Driven Growthâto hit ambitious user, revenue, and ARR targets across our key markets .
Partnerships and Community Negotiate and activate co-marketing agreements with banks, asset managers, and leading Web3 platforms, driving joint initiatives that expand our reach .
Cultivate a vibrant founder-and-investor communityâvirtual and in-personâanchored by ESG-themed events and âInvest Like an Insiderâ masterclasses.
Team and Budget Leadership Build and mentor a high-performance marketing squad (growth marketers, content strategists, performance analysts), setting KPIs and OKRs tied to top-and-bottom-line impact.
Own PR and performance with disciplineâoptimize CAC, ROI, and protect brand trust.
C.R.O Brain
âYouâll architect how AI agents, LLMs, and automation tools drive lead gen, content ops, and growth analytics.â Build and experiment with GenAI-driven marketing workflowsâusing LLMs for campaign personalization, SEO scaling, and automated nurturing.
Channel distribution
This is key for revenue, you will crack those channels and alliances, as we don't aim to waste budget on SEO, paying digitals ads, buzz-words, etc.
Who You Are
8++ Years with High-Grade marketer (nice to have if FinTech/Asset Mgmt/Banking): Youâve led marketing for scale-ups or incumbents, ideally in real estate fintech, Web3, or SaaS, and you know how to pivot fast when the market shifts. 4+ years in growth marketing leadership, ideally having scaled a FinTech, Web3, or SaaS company from $10M to $50M ARR plusâ
Tech and Data Savvy: Expert in martech stacks, analytics, and A/B testingâplus enough Python or SQL chops to interrogate your dashboards directly .
Polished Communicator: Fluent in English and at least one more language; comfortable speaking on stage, in boardrooms, and in C-suite strategy sessions.
Client-Obsessed Innovator: Youâre a master of empathy maps and buyer personas, always iterating your approach based on real-world feedback.
Cost-Killer and Negotiator: Fierce with vendor contracts and media buysâyour targets: maximize reach while minimizing spend.
