Is This Role For You?
- You've managed complex, multi-site web infrastructure at scale-especially in regulated industries (pharma, finance, healthcare)
- You're equally comfortable with strategy (roadmapping, vendor management, compliance) and execution (A/B testing, optimization, performance monitoring)
- You think like a product manager: data-driven decisions, user-first design, rapid iteration on high-impact initiatives
- You thrive in matrixed environments partnering with analytics, marketing, legal, IT, and external agencies without direct authority
- You're energized by the mission: building digital experiences that help get life-saving medicines to patients faster
- You need pure remote flexibility-this role requires consistent in-office presence in SF and Palo Alto
- You prefer hands-off leadership or delegating all execution; you'll need to roll up your sleeves on testing, platform optimization, and vendor management
- Biotech regulatory/compliance work feels like overhead rather than a core part of the challenge
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity in org structure; this is a matrixed role requiring influence without full control
