Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 12+ engaging content pieces (blog, social, email) across LinkedIn and Meta with SEO optimization

Map and document 3-4 core product offerings with positioning statements and value props

Build content calendar aligned with Q1-Q2 campaign priorities and entrepreneur journey stages

4

Analyze competitor messaging and content gaps; present synthesis report to leadership

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2 major product launch campaigns with integrated content across all channels; track engagement lift 15%+

Establish baseline metrics for content performance; optimize top 10 underperforming assets

3

Lead quarterly content strategy review with cross-functional teams; increase social engagement by 25%

4

Create 3-5 thought leadership pieces positioning Bpifrance as innovation leader; measure reach and conversion

Content Engagement Rate

Monitor LinkedIn and Meta post performance (clicks, shares, comments) to validate messaging resonance with SME audience.

Organic Traffic to Product Pages

Track SEO-driven sessions and conversion rates from blog and content to product landing pages.

Email Click-Through Rate

Measure effectiveness of product-focused email campaigns to entrepreneur segments.

Content Publishing Velocity

Monitor monthly piece output and quality consistency across channels against agreed editorial calendar.

€28K-€32K base (estimated 2026 alternance rate)

  • You need full remote or rigid 9-5 structure; this is hybrid with alternance rhythm (3/1 split)
  • You're looking for pure strategy roles without execution; you'll be writing, designing, and publishing content daily
  • You lack written communication skills or struggle with detail-oriented project management

Interview Process

30 min with HR to validate fit, background, and motivation for impact-driven role

Marketing case study

Create sample product positioning or content brief for Bpifrance offering (1-2 hours take-home)

Team interview

Conversation with Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholder on projects, processes, and culture fit

Leadership debrief

Optional final chat with Director of Marketing to finalize offer and program details
