BNP Paribas Asset Management—now managing €1.6T in assets after absorbing AXA IM—is scaling its digital marketing engine across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You'll be embedded in a proven B2B/B2B2C marketing system that's constantly evolving, supporting senior strategists in content creation, paid social, and acquisition tactics.
Your Mission
Master Drupal/WordPress publishing workflows and publish 15+ pieces of web content across FR/BE/LU sites with proper SEO optimization
Execute 10+ LinkedIn paid social campaigns using LinkedIn Ad Manager with documented CTR and conversion tracking
Set up and monitor Google Analytics dashboards for 3 priority campaigns, delivering weekly engagement reports to leadership
Onboard into Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform and support 5+ email newsletter sends with A/B testing
Own end-to-end content calendar management for social channels (LinkedIn primary), publishing 60+ posts with 15%+ engagement rate
Develop 3 original content pieces (articles, infographics, or video assets) that drive qualified leads into Salesforce CRM
Analyze acquisition funnel performance across all digital channels and identify 2+ optimization opportunities that lift conversion by 10%+
Become the go-to person for LinkedIn Ads strategy on the team, managing €50K+ quarterly ad spend with documented ROI tracking
KPIs You'll Own
Content Engagement Rate (LinkedIn/Email)
Track click-through rate, impressions, and conversion for all published content; aim for 12%+ CTR on email, 3%+ on organic social.
Cost Per Qualified Lead (Paid Social)
Monitor LinkedIn Ads and paid channels; reduce CPQL by 15% quarter-over-quarter through audience refinement and creative testing.
Website Traffic & Conversion
Measure organic and paid traffic to FR/BE/LU sites via Google Analytics; track conversion rate by source (target: 2.5%+ from paid, 1.5%+ organic).
Marketing Automation Performance
Monitor Oracle Eloqua open rates, click rates, and lead scoring; maintain 25%+ open rate on segmented newsletters.

Is This Role For You?
- You're a recent grad or final-year student with a marketing or commerce degree and at least one prior marketing/digital internship
- You're comfortable jumping into real campaigns immediately—no hand-holding; you thrive with senior mentors, not training programs
- You speak fluent French and have working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and basic CMS platforms
- You're curious about B2B marketing in financial services and want to understand how asset managers acquire and retain clients
- You can commit to 12 months on-site (no hybrid flexibility) and want a clear pathway to a full-time role
- You need a fully remote or hybrid setup—this is strict on-site, 5 days/week in Puteaux
- You're expecting high autonomy from day one; this role is collaborative with senior oversight on most deliverables
- You have no prior marketing experience or digital tools fluency (Drupal, CMS, analytics); the learning curve assumes baseline skills
Interview Process
Initial Screening

Case Study / Skills Assessment
Take-home task: analyze a LinkedIn campaign or Google Analytics dataset; present findings (1-2 hours work)
Team Interview
Interview with hiring manager and 1-2 senior marketers (60 min); discuss your campaign ideas, tool experience, and learning goals
Final Round
Meeting with department head to confirm cultural fit and discuss apprenticeship roadmap into potential full-time role
