The Challenge
Biologique Recherche is a 50-year-old French luxury skincare powerhouse built on rigorous science and personalization. You're stepping in to own the product marketing function—from competitive analysis to launch execution—for a brand that's redefined skincare expertise globally.
Your Mission
Audit all in-flight product development projects and map competitive landscape + market positioning for 3-5 key initiatives
Build the product rationale framework (competitor benchmarking, market segmentation, marketing plans) for your priority pipeline
Develop and present a 12-month product development roadmap aligned with brand vision and commercial goals
Establish stakeholder relationships across R&D, commercial, and supply chain teams and lock in monthly sync cadence
Launch 2-3 new product concepts with full 360° product development (positioning, pricing, messaging, go-to-market)
Drive performance metrics on 3-5 existing products and recommend optimization or repositioning actions based on sales/market data
Manage 3+ complex product projects end-to-end—hitting timelines, budgets, and quality gates
Audit and refresh the existing product catalog with revised positioning and updated marketing assets

Is This Role For You?
- You have 4-5+ years shipping skincare or luxury beauty products from concept to shelf
- You're comfortable managing ambiguity—this is a backfill where you'll inherit in-flight projects and need to establish your own rigor
- You speak fluent English (oral + written) and ideally have French language skills for daily collaboration
- You geek out on competitive analysis, market segmentation, and product positioning—not just launching what R&D hands you
- You're methodical and data-driven but also conceptually creative (turning market insight into product innovation)
- You need full remote or hybrid flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Suresnes
- Your background is purely growth/demand-gen; this role requires deep product development and innovation experience
- You're not comfortable with French business culture or working primarily in a French corporate environment
