The Challenge
Bevouac is accelerating in the done-for-you rental investment space and needs someone to own their digital presence from day one. You'll shape their brand narrative, create content that converts, and directly influence customer acquisition in a high-stakes growth environment.
Your Mission
Launch and execute consistent editorial calendar across LinkedIn & Instagram with clear brand voice
Produce 40+ pieces of high-quality content (posts, carousels, short-form video) demonstrating strong engagement fundamentals
Establish baseline performance metrics across social channels and begin A/B testing content formats for engagement optimization
Identify and implement 2-3 quick-win SEO or organic acquisition opportunities on the website
Grow LinkedIn followers by 50%+ and Instagram by 40%+ with measurable engagement rate improvements
Deliver 15+ pieces of long-form content (blog posts, case studies, educational content) driving organic traffic to site
Establish content-to-conversion pipeline: track leads sourced directly from social content with 20%+ conversion rate target
Document and institutionalize content playbook, brand guidelines, and editorial calendar framework for potential team scaling

Social Reach & Engagement
Track impressions, engagement rate, follower growth across LinkedIn and Instagram weekly.
Organic Website Traffic
Monitor monthly sessions from social and SEO; measure pages-per-session and time-on-page.
Lead Generation
Count qualified leads sourced directly from social content and organic search; track conversion rate to sales pipeline.
Content Output & Quality
Weekly cadence targets (posts, videos, carousel decks) plus qualitative performance review with founding team.
Brand Cohesion Score
Internal audit of visual consistency and messaging alignment across web, social, and comms—monthly review.

- You have hands-on experience creating social content (personal projects, freelance work, or initial roles) and understand what makes content perform
- You're comfortable with video creation, short-form content, and understand LinkedIn + Instagram algorithm nuances
- You thrive in startup environments where you wear multiple hats and ambiguity is part of the deal
- You're driven to learn and iterate fast—you ship, measure, adjust, repeat
- You need a structured mentorship or training program; this is learn-by-doing with founders, not a training internship
- You prefer working in silos on assigned tasks; you need to be proactive, propose ideas, and own outcomes
- You have zero portfolio or examples of your work; they want to see real output before hiring
Interview Process
Application Screening
Submit CV + portfolio (LinkedIn posts, Instagram account, personal projects, visuals, videos). Strong preference for candidates with concrete work samples.
Founder Conversation
Likely a direct conversation with founding team to assess fit, autonomy, initiative, and understanding of the business.
Potential Small Task
May ask you to create 1-2 sample posts or audit their current content strategy as part of evaluation.
