The Challenge
Baz is Mexico's first homegrown superapp disrupting financial inclusion and small business lending. You'll own growth strategy for their loan products—designing experiments, analyzing user behavior, and scaling acquisition through data-driven marketing that moves the needle on revenue.
Your Mission
Map the full loan product funnel; identify top 3 conversion bottlenecks with cohort analysis
Design and launch 2-3 A/B tests on acquisition channels (paid social, organic, email) with clear success metrics
Build weekly performance dashboard tracking CAC, conversion rate, and loan activation by channel
Partner with product/analytics to define growth OKRs for quarter and align cross-functional stakeholders
Increase loan product activation by 25%+ through optimized funnel and personalized messaging experiments
Reduce CAC by 15% via channel mix optimization and audience segmentation based on behavioral cohorts
Launch 1 new acquisition channel (growth hacking, referral program, or partnership) generating measurable volume
Present quarterly growth review with actionable insights; recommend 3+ strategic initiatives for next cycle
