You'll define B2B marketing strategy for the entire professional segment (agents, developers, property managers) and drive AVIV France toward capturing 50% of residential GMV by 2030—a rare chance to reshape French real estate at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Map competitive landscape and establish SeLoger's positioning framework vs. competitors for B2B professionals; deliver positioning deck aligned with product roadmap

Audit current B2B customer journey (web, CRM, inbound, sales handoff); identify top 3 friction points and design fixes (landing pages, chatbot, SLAs)

Launch integrated campaign targeting top 20% of real estate agencies (high-GMV accounts) with personalized messaging and activation plan

Build cross-functional marketing roadmap with Sales, Product, and creative teams; secure buy-in on Q2-Q3 campaign calendar

  • You've run B2B marketing campaigns (demand gen, product launches, community) at scale in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B platforms—not just execution
  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Ops) and can translate business OKRs into integrated marketing roadmaps
  • You thrive in growth-stage orgs where you shape strategy AND own results; metrics and attribution are your native language
  • You have 7+ years marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership/strategy roles; VP-level scope is familiar

  • You prefer brand/creative work over growth metrics and business outcomes; proptech/real estate feels niche or unglamorous
  • You need full remote or flexibility; this role is on-site Paris and requires relationship-building with teams and customers
