The Challenge

Asseti is the intelligence platform powering asset operations for the world's largest real estate owners. You'll architect the entire growth engine—campaigns, enrichment, automation, analytics—that sources and converts enterprise accounts at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current growth tech stack; identify 3-5 critical gaps in campaign infrastructure, data pipelines, or automation

Design and launch first full-funnel experiment (inbound OR outbound) with clear success metrics and reporting dashboard

Build HubSpot data model for enterprise ABM: custom objects, lifecycle stages, lead scoring logic, and core integrations

4

Deploy 2 AI-powered agents (account research, lead enrichment) using Claude Code to reduce manual research overhead

By 6 Months

Own end-to-end growth infrastructure connecting demand gen, prospecting, enrichment, outbound, CRM, and analytics into single system

Establish repeatable playbook: 3+ successful campaigns (inbound/outbound/ABM/lifecycle) with documented conversion lift and pipeline contribution

Build predictive lead scoring model and account prioritization system that identifies high-value targets and improves sales efficiency by 25%+

4

Create self-serve analytics dashboard and monthly growth reporting cadence; enable GTM team to run experiments independently

Enrichment Accuracy

Percentage of accounts and contacts with validated intelligence; impact on outreach response rates

Sales Efficiency (Sales Engagement)

Time to first touchpoint, meeting booking rate, and deal velocity from your qualified pipeline

% of workflows running without error; agent performance and data sync success rates

  • You think in systems and love owning the full funnel—not just one piece of growth
  • You're hands-on with HubSpot and comfortable building workflows, custom objects, and API integrations
  • You ship fast using AI (Claude Code, agents) as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought
  • You have 5-7 years in growth, demand gen, or growth ops; you've built or scaled at least one successful growth motion
  • You get energized by measurable outcomes: you obsess over conversion lift, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Won't Work If
  • You're a generalist marketer who prefers running campaigns over building systems; this role is 80% engineering, 20% strategy
  • You've never worked with HubSpot or CRM infrastructure at depth—onboarding will be slow
  • You need flexibility: this is Denver on-site, full-time, no remote
  • You're uncomfortable with AI tools and prefer traditional workflows; Claude Code and agents are core to this role
