The Challenge

Asgard is a major coworking and office real estate player expanding across Paris with multiple brands (Jöro Office, Living, Kaffé, Studio). You'll own the full digital marketing engine—from CRM and email campaigns to SEO/SEM and conversion optimization—reporting directly to the CMO while the group scales.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 2-3 segmented email campaigns across Office/Meeting/Living segments with A/B testing, targeting 25%+ open rates

Audit and refresh on-page SEO for top 10 landing pages; implement internal linking strategy and publish 2-3 high-quality blog posts

Set up monthly performance dashboard tracking email engagement, organic traffic, and conversion rates across all Jöro brands

Map 5-10 relevant SEO partnership opportunities (backlink sources) in coworking and flexible workspace verticals

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 15%+ month-over-month traffic growth through SEO content and technical optimization; document playbook for repeatable content

Run and optimize 2 full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Office/Living) with documented LTV:CAC ratios and incrementality insights

Reduce landing page bounce rate by 20% through CRO testing cycles (forms, CTAs, copy variations)

Build and maintain a competitive intelligence tracker on 5+ coworking competitors; present quarterly insights to leadership

Target 25%+ open rates on segmented campaigns; track by audience segment and send time.

Organic Traffic Growth

Month-over-month percentage increase from SEO optimizations and new content; break down by landing page.

Website Conversion Rate

Percentage of visitors taking desired action (demo request, office tour booking, inquiry); test and optimize monthly.

Cost Per Lead (SEA)

Google Ads spend divided by qualified leads; optimize bid strategy and ad creative to lower CPL.

Backlink Profile Growth

Number of new referring domains acquired per quarter through partnership outreach.

  • You're a Master's 1 or 2 student in business school looking to apply marketing theory to a real P&L
  • You have 1+ years hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, or SEO/SEM and want to own multiple channels end-to-end
  • You're comfortable with data and analytics—you'll be measuring, testing, and iterating constantly
  • You're genuinely curious about coworking, flexible work trends, and urban real estate innovation (not just another internship)
Won't Work If
  • You need 100% remote work—this is strictly on-site in Paris 9, 3 weeks work / 1 week school or 4 days / 1 day rhythm
  • You prefer hands-off guidance; you'll report to the CMO and own projects with high autonomy and accountability
  • You're looking for a pure content or design role—this is full-stack digital marketing with heavy CRM and analytics components

Interview Process

Submit resume, cover letter, and examples of marketing campaigns or content you've worked on (email, SEO, paid ads, whatever you've touched)

Phone/Video Screening

CMO or marketing lead will assess your marketing fundamentals, HubSpot knowledge, and genuine interest in coworking/real estate

Case Study or Task

You'll likely be asked to analyze a sample email campaign, propose SEO improvements for a page, or sketch a paid campaign strategy

4

Final Interview & Team Meet

In-person meeting in Paris 9; meet the team, discuss growth roadmap, and align on 6-month expectations
