The Product Manager, Marketing Technology supports the roadmap, execution, and optimization of marketing tools that enable ARS Corporate Marketing Team to deliver the annual operating plan. This role reports to the VP-Marketing Strategy and partners across teams to drive growth, efficiency, compliance, and performance.

You’ll serve as

Product lead for marketing-owned tools Marketing stakeholder for IT-owned platforms

This role works cross-functionally to translate business needs into clear requirements, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing technology roadmap, execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage intake, backlog, prioritization, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery (Marketing, IT, Analytics, PMO, etc.)
  • Lead testing, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization
  • Drive adoption through training, communication, and change management
  • Maintain clear documentation (processes, workflows, releases, ownership)
  • Monitor performance, data quality, and system effectiveness
  • Partner with vendors and support platform evaluations and renewals
  • Ensure compliance, consent, and governance requirements are met

Clear visibility into roadmap, priorities, and project status On-time, on-scope delivery with strong stakeholder alignment Increased adoption and effective use of marketing tools Improved data quality, reporting, and performance visibility Reduced gaps in ownership, documentation, and processes Strong cross-functional relationships and communication

Qualifications

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, marketing technology, or related roles Experience with marketing platforms, tools, or integrations Strong understanding of B2C and performance marketing environments Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements Experience managing backlog, releases, UAT, and adoption Proven cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, IT, Analytics, etc.) Strong data fluency (KPIs, attribution, funnels, reporting) Experience with tools such as CDP, CRM, analytics, or marketing automation preferred Familiarity with platforms like Invoca, OneTrust, Power BI, Azure, or similar a plus Experience supporting training, rollout, and change management Comfortable working in Agile, PMO-led, or hybrid environments
