The Growth Marketing Operations team is looking for a self-motivated Subject Matter Expert in customer journey orchestration to manage high-volume, global in-app and multi-channel messaging for various media services.

Operational Execution: Drive the day-to-day workflows for automated messaging and on-device communications to millions of users.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align communication strategies with service goals.

Systems Optimization: Identify technical gaps and pain points to improve the technology used for customer notifications.

Strategic Growth: Support acquisition and engagement initiatives by flawlessly implementing complex customer journeys in a matrixed environment.​

Key Qualifications

7-10 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred. Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks. Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners Effective communication skills in all mediums—from slack and email to presentations. A passion for our products and services and a deep familiarity with the ecosystem of services and hardware

Description:

Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling. Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned. Fostering relationships with stakeholders to help inform and influence the direction of platform development and feature prioritizations. Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource. Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.

Education:

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
