Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led 2+ major brand campaigns or product launches in beauty, skincare, or premium consumer goods—and can tie them to revenue or market share wins
  • You're fluent in retail partnerships: you've negotiated co-op funds, built retailer marketing calendars, and managed multi-stakeholder alignment across Sales, Creative, and channel teams
  • You're analytical but creative: you obsess over KPIs and data, but you also have an eye for brand storytelling and compelling consumer experiences
  • You thrive in matrix environments: you're comfortable moving fast, owning ambiguity, and collaborating across global (Korea-based) and local (U.S.) teams without constant hand-holding
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a pure strategic role: this job is 50% strategy, 50% execution—you'll own timelines, asset delivery, and bottleneck-breaking with retailers and internal teams
  • You need remote flexibility: this is on-site in NYC. No exceptions.
  • You don't care about beauty or skincare: passion for the category is a stated requirement, and it matters in interviews and day-to-day credibility with stakeholders
