The Challenge
Alma is building a unified growth engine across Europe. You'll own the entire growth strategy-inbound and outbound-and lead a 3-person team to scale a world-class outbound machine from scratch across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Your Mission
Design and validate outbound strategy across 3 customer segments (SMB, MM, Enterprise) with initial target ICP profiles and playbook templates
Build core technical infrastructure: data sourcing, enrichment pipelines (Kaspr, Dropcontact, Hunter), and multichannel sequence setup in Cargo/N8N
Establish email deliverability foundation: domain warm-up, infrastructure audit, and warm-up sequences achieving >95% inbox placement
Define and instrument growth KPIs: SQL volume, SAL rate, time-to-first-meeting, and pipeline contribution by segment and country
Deploy fully-automated outbound machine across 2+ European markets with repeatable playbooks, achieving target SQL volume and cost-per-SQL
Scale inbound funnel: implement nurturing workflows, optimize conversion at each stage, and own paid (LinkedIn, Google) and SEO roadmap
Build performance dashboards with monthly/quarterly reviews; establish systematic improvement cycle tied to revenue targets
Develop and train team of Growth Engineer + GTM/Outbound Manager; establish clear OKRs, career frameworks, and accountability systems

Total Sales-Qualified Leads from outbound + inbound channels, tracked by segment and country.
SAL Rate
Percentage of leads converting to Sales-Accepted Leads; measure of lead quality and sales readiness.
Time-to-First-Meeting
Average days from initial outreach to first sales conversation; indicator of playbook efficiency.
Pipeline Contribution
Revenue pipeline sourced by growth channels as % of total pipeline; tracks growth team impact on revenue.
Email Deliverability Rate
Percentage of outbound emails reaching inbox; critical for outbound success at scale.

- You combine strategic vision with technical depth: comfortable with SQL, APIs, automation workflows, and AI/LLM applications
- You're a natural leader who can set direction, inspire a small team, and hold people accountable without micromanaging
- You obsess over metrics and systematically turn insights into execution plans; you measure everything and iterate relentlessly
- You prefer hands-off management or lack experience leading and developing people; this is fundamentally a leadership role
- You're unfamiliar with modern outbound tooling (Cargo, N8N, Clay, enrichment APIs) and would need extensive ramp time
- You need remote flexibility or can't commit to full-time on-site work in Paris
