Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit existing content landscape across all platforms and products; identify gaps, performance bottlenecks, and opportunity areas for pipeline impact

Define and socialize comprehensive content strategy aligned to product launches and demand generation roadmap; secure stakeholder buy-in from growth, product, and sales

Build or assess current content team structure; identify hiring needs and establish initial 90-day production roadmap for quick wins

Implement 2-3 AI tools into content workflows (ideation, drafting, personalization); measure efficiency gains vs. baseline

Launch 3+ content campaigns (case studies, product guides, webinar series) tied to measurable pipeline contribution; hit content production SLAs
