The Challenge

Adobe's Creator portfolio (Firefly, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) needs a growth leader who can orchestrate cross-application expansion and lifecycle management at scale. You'll drive user and revenue expansion across millions of creators by building viral loops, optimizing omnichannel journeys, and integrating generative AI into core workflows.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current user journeys across Firefly, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere; identify top 3 cross-app integration opportunities with highest expansion potential

2

Audit existing LCM infrastructure (email, push, in-app, SMS, ASO, Google Play) and establish baseline metrics for engagement and retention

3

Align Engineering, Product, and Marketing on unified growth objectives; establish weekly cross-functional growth ops cadence

4

Design and launch initial A/B testing framework for acquisition funnel optimization with target of 10+ concurrent tests

By 6 Months
1

Launch 2-3 integrated cross-application workflows leveraging Firefly AI; measure lift in secondary product adoption and DAU

2

Build and operationalize omnichannel LCM strategy; increase user retention rate by 15% through evergreen engagement campaigns

3

Establish product-led growth loops (sharing, referrals, asset remixing); track virality coefficient and impact on CAC reduction

4

Deploy enterprise marketing automation infrastructure improvements; reduce campaign deployment time by 40% and increase personalization coverage to 80% of user base

KPIs You'll Own

Cross-App Adoption Rate

Percentage of Photoshop/Lightroom/Premiere users who activate Firefly features within 30 days of release.

User Retention (D30/M1/M3)

Cohort-based retention tracking engagement impact of LCM interventions across Creator portfolio.
