The Challenge

7 Brew is scaling fast-600+ locations across 38 states with aggressive 2026 expansion planned. You'll architect their entire shopper marketing and retail activation engine from scratch, bringing CPG discipline to a rapidly growing QSR brand.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current shopper marketing landscape: audit existing retailer activations, trade spend, and retail partnerships to establish baseline performance

Define 3-5 year shopper marketing vision and KPI framework aligned with 7 Brew's CPG and retail channel priorities

Build operating model: establish team structure, agency partnerships, reporting systems, and tools stack needed to scale activations

Secure cross-functional alignment on shopper marketing roadmap with Sales, Finance, and brand marketing leadership

By 6 Months
1

Launch integrated retailer-specific activation plans for top 5 retail partners (Walmart, Kroger, Target, Amazon, etc.) with clear conversion and frequency targets

Optimize digital shelf performance across retailer media networks and owned channels; implement unified content and conversion measurement

Execute first major retail reset or expansion program demonstrating incremental sales lift and ROI on trade spend

4

Establish monthly performance dashboards tracking shopper conversion, repeat purchase, velocity, and trade ROI across channels

Measure incremental sales generated per dollar of promotional and merchandising investment across retail partners.

Shopper Conversion Rate

Track conversion lift from activations (displays, promotions, digital shelf) vs. baseline by retailer and channel.

Purchase Frequency

Monitor repeat purchase rate among activated shopper segments; measure lift from loyalty and retention programs.

Retail Door Expansion

Count new retail locations opened and percentage of category sold-in across Walmart, Kroger, Target, and regional chains.

Digital Shelf Performance

Monitor conversion rates, search visibility, and content quality scores across retailer e-commerce and media networks.

  • You speak fluent retail: category management, trade spend ROI, promotional mechanics, digital shelf, and retailer media networks
  • You thrive building things from zero-you're comfortable architecting operating models, team structures, and measurement systems
  • You're comfortable on-site in Springdale, AR and want to roll up sleeves on execution while thinking strategically
