The Challenge

3Shape is hunting for a strategic leader to co-pilot their France operation-someone who can orchestrate marketing, sales excellence, and team development simultaneously. You'll own the commercial playbook while building a high-performing marketing org from the ground up.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing stack, CRM capabilities, and sales processes; identify quick wins for pipeline acceleration

Establish KPI dashboards for revenue, lead generation, and team performance across marketing and commercial functions

3

Develop 90-day alignment document with Country Manager on annual business plan, target segments, and campaign roadmap

4

Conduct team intake meetings and assess skill gaps; design first training/development initiatives for marketing team and customer academy

By 6 Months
1

Launch 2-3 integrated digital campaigns targeting key customer segments with measurable MQL and SQL targets

Build and operationalize customer academy program; track adoption, completion rates, and ROI on training

3

Implement CRM discipline across sales org; establish lead scoring, nurture workflows, and sales-marketing SLA

4

Deliver quarterly business reviews showing revenue impact, pipeline growth, and team development metrics to leadership

KPIs You'll Own

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Targets

Direct P&L accountability for hitting country-level sales goals.

Lead Generation Volume & Quality

Track MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates across digital campaigns and content initiatives.

Digital Campaign Performance

ROI, CTR, cost-per-lead, and attribution across paid, organic, and email channels.

Content Management Velocity

Published assets, engagement metrics, and content-driven pipeline contribution.

KOL/Partner Engagement

Influencer/key opinion leader program performance and customer advocacy metrics.

Team Development & Retention

Training completion rates, skill assessments, promotion readiness, and team satisfaction scores.

Customer Academy Adoption

Enrollment, completion rates, certification pass-through, and customer satisfaction with training programs.

For You If
  • You've led marketing + commercial teams in B2B SaaS and know how to build both demand generation and sales enablement engines
  • You're fluent in English AND French-non-negotiable for this France-based leadership role
  • You thrive in a co-leadership dynamic; you can partner closely with a Country Manager and translate strategy into execution
  • You're data-driven and comfortable building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and making decisions based on metrics, not gut feel
  • You've scaled a customer academy, training program, or educational content initiative with measurable ROI
Won't Work If
  • You see marketing as a cost center, not a revenue driver-this role is explicitly tied to hitting revenue targets
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site work in France or unwilling to relocate/commute to Île-de-France
  • You lack real experience managing teams or prefer individual contributor roles; this is a VP-level people leadership position
