The Challenge

Qonto is a leading European fintech transforming business banking. You'll own growth experiments that directly move the needle on user acquisition, activation, and retention across a scale-up hitting serious product-market fit.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current growth funnel and identify top 3 optimization opportunities (acquisition, activation, retention)

2

Launch 2-3 high-impact growth experiments with measurable hypotheses

3

Set up instrumentation and analytics dashboards to track growth metrics across channels

4

Build rapport with product, marketing, and data teams to align on growth priorities

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 15%+ improvement in primary growth KPI through scaling winning experiments

Own end-to-end optimization of 1-2 customer acquisition channels

3

Build reusable growth playbooks and testing frameworks for team

4

Mentor junior growth engineers on experimentation methodology and execution

KPIs You'll Own

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Track cost per acquired customer across channels and optimize toward target unit economics.

Activation Rate

Measure % of signups completing key onboarding actions within first 7 days.

Retention Cohort

Monitor month-over-month retention by cohort to identify sticky product moments.

Experiment Velocity

Measure number of high-quality growth hypotheses tested per sprint.
