The Challenge
BlueConic is building the first Customer Growth Engine-a CDP replacement powered by AI that turns customer data into real-time revenue action. You'll architect their next-gen demand system, replacing manual channel silos with one intelligent, coordinated engine that identifies buying signals and converts them into pipeline.
Your Mission
Launch one AI-powered workflow that materially changes how BlueConic prioritizes or converts demand (e.g., intent-based lead scoring, automated signal detection)
Eliminate one legacy manual process by implementing scalable automation (e.g., bid adjustments, segmentation, nurture routing)
Redesign core acquisition or nurture motion for speed/efficiency and deliver measurable pipeline lift (target: +15-20% MQL-to-SQL lift)
Create unified targeting approach connecting first-party data, paid insights, and sales feedback into single system
Own and hit pipeline generation targets aligned to revenue goals; demonstrate 25%+ improvement in CAC efficiency vs. baseline
Build integrated paid/lifecycle/ABM system replacing three disconnected channels with one coordinated revenue engine
Establish transparent attribution model showing clear marketing-to-revenue impact with weekly visibility into high-fit buyer volume
Scale 2-3 additional AI-driven automation workflows that compound performance over campaign cycles with minimal manual intervention
KPIs You'll Own
Pipeline Generated
Total qualified pipeline (in ARR or deal count) attributed to demand gen, measured monthly against revenue targets.
MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate
Percentage of marketing-qualified leads converting to sales-qualified opportunities; target 15-25% improvement within 6 months.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Blended CAC across paid, lifecycle, and ABM channels; goal is 20%+ efficiency gain through AI-driven optimization.
High-Fit Demo Volume
Number of demos booked with prospects matching ideal customer profile; direct input to sales productivity and revenue.
Campaign ROI & Attribution Accuracy
Multi-touch attribution showing true marketing-influenced revenue; builds trust with sales and justifies spend allocation.

Company Intelligence
BlueConic is a CDP/Customer Growth Engine startup that helps enterprises move beyond traditional customer data platforms to AI-driven, privacy-first revenue growth systems. They're positioned as the next evolution of CDP-faster, smarter, and built for real-time action across the customer lifecycle.
Culture
Fast-moving, ownership-driven, outcome-focused; emphasis on AI/automation and measurable revenue impact.
Is This Role For You?
- You've built or scaled demand gen motion from scratch and can architect systems, not just run campaigns
- You're fluent in paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM-and see them as parts of one unified engine, not silos
- You thrive on automation and AI tooling; manual processes feel like technical debt
- You're comfortable owning revenue targets and can translate pipeline impact into clear business language for sales and exec leadership
- You move fast and ship early; you'd rather test and iterate than over-plan
- You're a campaign executor-this role requires architectural thinking and the ability to redesign systems from first principles
- You rely heavily on intuition or gut feel; you need data, testing, and clear attribution to optimize
- You prefer hands-off management; this is ownership with direct revenue accountability
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or rapid change; the first 90 days will require defining the system, not inheriting it
