Lo que harás
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners and strategic publishers
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as FTDs, CPA, NGR, and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale acquisition
- Recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate partners
- Assist in negotiating commercial agreements such as CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights based on data analysis
- Work closely with marketing, BI, and product teams to optimize acquisition strategies
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Track campaign results and proactively suggest optimization opportunities
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, or iGaming industry
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, content affiliates, or digital acquisition channels
- Experience working with performance dashboards or BI tools
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proactive and results-oriented profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environm
