VaynerX is a contemporary family of growth-focused companies building brands at scale. You'll jump into real enterprise CRM operations supporting multiple clients, learning how data systems power long-term customer relationships in a high-performance environment.
Your Mission
Master Salesforce and HubSpot fundamentals through hands-on CRM cleanup and database maintenance across 2-3 active client accounts
Build 3+ documented process improvements for audience segmentation, data validation, or lifecycle workflow optimization
Achieve 98%+ data accuracy audit score across assigned client databases and contact lists
Support end-to-end execution of 1 major CRM initiative (migration, consolidation, or segmentation project)
Own CRM operations and ongoing optimization for 2-3 assigned client accounts with minimal supervision
Develop and execute lifecycle segmentation strategies that improve email engagement rates by 15%+
Create reusable CRM playbooks and training documentation that scale across VaynerX teams
Demonstrate readiness for full-time conversion through consistent delivery, cross-team collaboration, and proactive problem-solving

Data Accuracy Rate
Percentage of clean, validated records vs. total database entries; target 98%+.
CRM Cleanup Projects Completed
Number of successful database maintenance, deduplication, or segmentation initiatives delivered.
Process Documentation Quality
Timeliness and usability of documented workflows and system improvements adopted by broader team.
Client Data Integrity Score
Monthly audit results measuring compliance with data standards and lifecycle marketing best practices.
