I am working with a reputable marketing agency that fuels customer strategy and drives engagement for leading brands, looking to add a CRM Strategist to their team!
Location: Remote - Must work EST hours
Hours: 20 hours a week
Contract Duration: 8 weeks with potential to extend/convert
Pay Rate: $50-55/hr
Start Date: ASAP
About this role:
- Architect end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies from acquisition through loyalty and reactivation
- Design and operationalize segmentation, personalization, and journey frameworks across email, app, and web
- Leverage predictive modeling, AI/ML, and testing to optimize performance, retention, and LTV
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, media, creative, product, data, and CX teams to align around unified customer strategy
- Provide strategic leadership in client-facing and in-house environments, managing large-scale, complex CRM portfolios
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer strategy leadership for large, complex brands
- Proven success driving measurable growth through data-driven engagement and personalization
- Deep experience with enterprise CRM platforms, analytics, and experimentation
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale CRM programs from the ground up
