Define integration architecture between CRM, trading systems, and client portals—working specs with engineering
Establish product governance: weekly feedback loops with 5+ sales teams, metrics dashboard for adoption tracking
Launch MVP CRM workflows for lead management and pipeline visibility; track adoption rate >60% within target sales org
Implement AI/ML-driven features: opportunity scoring, next-best-action recommendations—measure lift in deal velocity
Execute full platform integration (CRM ↔ trading systems, analytics tools, client portals); zero data silos for client view
Drive 30%+ reduction in manual data entry; establish continuous improvement feedback loop with NPS target >50
KPIs You'll Own

Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped enterprise software at scale—you know how to translate messy business requirements into elegant product specs
- You understand financial markets: sales workflows, trading mechanics, client lifecycle are not foreign concepts
- You thrive leading cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and operations—politics don't scare you
- You obsess over metrics: adoption, velocity, time-to-value—you don't ship features, you ship outcomes
- You want to influence a $50B+ business unit; incremental optimization bores you
- You've only done B2C or consumer product; enterprise sales workflows and compliance complexity will frustrate you
- You need full remote; this is on-site in NYC and requires constant stakeholder alignment with traders and sales teams
