Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize CRM communication journeys and automation flows focused on acquisition, retention, and customer engagement.

  • Manage email marketing calendars and ensure consistent execution of lifecycle and relationship campaigns.

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.

  • Implement and optimize multichannel CRM strategies including email, push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, and chatbot communications.

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate insights using HubSpot to continuously improve CRM effectiveness.

  • Segment customer and lead databases strategically to improve targeting and personalization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all customer communication touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools).

  • Proven experience designing CRM journeys, lead nurturing flows, and lifecycle communication strategies.

  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Experience working with multichannel CRM tools such as WhatsApp, push notifications, bots, and in-app messaging.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.

  • Excellent written communication skills for creating strategic and customer-facing content.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage complex CRM calendars and campaigns.

  • Experience in building dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS environments, enterprise CRM strategies, SQL, or integrations between HubSpot and BI/sales tools.
