DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is a cross-industry management consulting firm that specializes in cultural and behavior change management. We focus on clients’ existing people, processes and culture to help them achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, quality, service and profitability. Most of our clients are Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation and engineering.
We're looking for a curious, self-motivated technologist to join our team and help build and maintain AI-powered automation systems. You'll work directly with leadership to develop intelligent agents, manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, and help us push the boundaries of what AI can do for our business operations. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one — not a 'shadow and observe' internship. If you love tinkering with AI tools, automating workflows, and making systems smarter, this is for you.
Role & Responsibilities.
- Build, configure, and maintain AI agents using OpenClaw and similar platforms
- Write scripts and automation workflows to handle repetitive tasks
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM — pipelines, workflows, reports, and integrations
- Connect external tools and APIs to our agent infrastructure
- Debug issues, monitor performance, and improve reliability over time
- Some coding experience — Python preferred (doesn't have to be business experience)
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and how things work under the hood
- HubSpot experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Comfortable working in a terminal / command line environment
- Strong written communication — you'll document your work
- Self-directed — you can take a goal and figure out how to get there
- This role is 100% in-person at our Dallas office.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
- Familiarity with Linux/WSL environments
- Any HubSpot certifications
- Direct mentorship from leadership
- Real projects with real impact from week one
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI agent technology
- Medical, FSA/HSA, dental, short & long-term disability insurance
- Two medical plan options that are 100% employer paid medical premiums for 'employee only' plan
- 401K plan eligible after 6 months of employment
- Two weeks paid vacation + one-week paid PTO + paid year-end holiday closure
