We've built the product and the market position. Now we need someone to make Talkpush the name that comes up when people talk about the future of high-volume hiring.
This is a thought leadership role at its core: build the content engine that turns a great product into the loudest, sharpest voice in recruitment AI.
What you'll do
- Own the thought leadership strategy.Define the editorial point of view that positions Talkpush as the authority on AI-powered hiring. Figure out what conversations are happening in HR and recruitment across APAC and globally, and make sure we're leading them, not reacting.
- Create long-form content that builds real authority.Whitepapers, industry reports, deep-dive blog posts, original research. Not filler. The kind of work that gets bookmarked, forwarded to a colleague, and cited six months later.
- Run a multi-channel content operation.LinkedIn, newsletters, blog, webinars, podcasts. You decide what goes where, how often, and why. Every channel earns its place or gets cut.
- Turn internal experts into content creators.Talkpush is full of people who know recruitment, AI, and hiring operations cold, but they're not writers. You'll create the processes and workflows that make it easy for them to contribute what they know, while you shape it into something that actually performs.
- Design and lead a team of AI agents.This isn't a metaphor. You'll build AI-powered workflows that handle content operations at scale: research, drafting, repurposing, distribution. Your first "hires" won't be people. They'll be systems you build yourself.
- Make complex AI feel obvious.Talkpush is a deeply technical product. Your job is to turn conversational AI and automation into stories that land with HR leaders who care about results, not architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate across the marketing team.Content doesn't live in a silo. You'll partner with product marketing on launches, demand gen on campaigns, and growth on account-based projects. You're the fuel that powers the engine.
What you bring
- 5+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.You've built content programs from scratch, grown organic audiences, and know the difference between content that performs and content that just sits there.
- Builder mentality.You've worked in places where there was no editorial calendar, no brand guidelines, no content library, and you created all of it. Ambiguity energizes you.
- Hands-on AI fluency.You don't just write about AI. You use it daily. You've built automations, experimented with AI agents, or wired AI tools into your content workflows. Prompt engineering and no-code orchestration feel natural.
- Sharp editorial taste.You know what good looks like across formats, from blog posts to podcasts to newsletters, and you know how to produce it. You don't need to be on camera, but you're the person who makes every piece better before it goes out.
- Storytelling that earns attention.You can take a data point and turn it into a narrative that makes a VP of HR stop scrolling. You write clearly, think in angles, and know how to make complex things feel simple.
- Data-informed content strategy.You measure what matters: traffic, engagement, pipeline influence, share of voice. You use data to double down on what works, not just to report on what happened.
Bonus points for:
Basic design skills (you can put together a decent visual in Figma or Canva without waiting for a designer) and Spanish language ability.
