Accountabilities
Develop and execute long-term social media and content strategies across Latin American and European markets, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives while adapting messaging to regional audiences.
Lead the planning, creation, and execution of multi-platform content initiatives, including educational series, artist features, video content, blogs, newsletters, and social campaigns.
Act as the primary content voice for Latin American audiences, producing culturally relevant storytelling in Spanish across social platforms and editorial channels.
Manage and optimize content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and alignment across regions, campaigns, and platforms.
Oversee the production of key content projects, including educational series and artist-focused campaigns, from concept through execution.
Create scripts, oversee multimedia production, and guide the development of visual and video assets tailored for social media engagement.
Drive audience growth through innovative campaigns, influencer collaborations, emerging platforms, and community-driven engagement strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness and ROI.
Manage community engagement across all social platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and meaningful audience interaction.
Represent the brand at industry events and support live content coverage to strengthen visibility and cultural relevance.
Lead and mentor junior team members or interns, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
At least 2+ years of experience leading content strategies, campaigns, or cross-functional digital initiatives.
Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, audience development, and digital storytelling.
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and using performance data to optimize engagement and growth.
Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, freelancers, or interns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience producing written, video, and visual content across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with influencer marketing, community engagement, and emerging digital trends.
Experience with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
