Accountabilities:
Develop and execute engaging social media and content marketing strategies focused on audience growth and community engagement
Create high-quality short-form video and visual content tailored for Instagram and other digital platforms
Maintain a consistent, authentic, and community-driven brand voice across all published content
Manage the full content production cycle including planning, scheduling, caption writing, publishing, and optimization
Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and user-generated content contributors
Coordinate influencer outreach, content licensing, campaign execution, and repurposing of creator assets
Lead Instagram growth initiatives by monitoring engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion performance
Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and audience interests
Analyze platform performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience engagement
Collaborate effectively within remote and asynchronous global teams while proactively driving initiatives forward
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to create compelling digital content
Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital content strategy for consumer-facing brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, visual storytelling, and content creation expertise
High level of visual design and creative content production skills beyond template-based editing tools
Experience managing influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, or user-generated content programs
Ability to manage full-cycle campaigns from strategy and production to publishing and performance optimization
Previous remote work experience with US or UK-based companies is required
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Slack, and Google Workspace
Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills within fast-paced remote environments
Experience within parenting, family lifestyle, D2C e-commerce, or subscription-based brands is considered a strong advantage
Comfortable appearing on camera or participating in video-based content creation is a plus
