The Challenge
Growth Signals is a seed-stage AI startup building strategic innovation tools for enterprise teams. You'll be the first content leader, owning the entire content function as a core growth driver—building credibility, demand, and customer trust from day one.
Your Mission
Establish content strategy, brand voice guidelines, and editorial standards aligned with Growth Signals' positioning and ICP
Launch 2-3 flagship pieces (case studies, thought leadership) and implement AI-assisted content workflows for daily/weekly publishing
Build content calendar and execute across owned channels (blog, landing pages, social) with initial SEO/AEO optimization
Collaborate with Sales and CS to surface customer insights and create 3-4 sales enablement assets
Scale content production to consistent weekly cadence across blogs, case studies, ad creatives, and social—using AI tools to 2x output without sacrificing quality
Drive measurable demand generation metrics: track content sourced pipeline, engagement rates, and organic traffic growth MoM
Establish thought leadership presence for founders and key team members across owned and distributed channels
Create comprehensive messaging framework and sales content library supporting enterprise sales cycle
