About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital marketing initiatives and enhancing user experience across our corporate-owned digital platforms and tools. The Digital Marketing Content Manager will hold the responsibility for managing and posting content within various Content Management Systems (CMS) that support all corporate-owned websites. This position requires a strong command of digital tools and platforms, collaboration with the marketing team, and overseeing various content creation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid blend of project management, design, and technical skills, with proficiency in photo and video editing being essential.
This is a remote role; however, preferred locations are Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Experienced professional with highly developed Marketing experience:
Responsible for developing communication and advertising campaign content and maintaining relationships with advertising vendors. Contributes to the development of advertising campaigns and serves as a contact for internal customers and training teams on useful sales/marketing tools. Develops and executes an efficient digital publication workflow to manage content requests effectively. Manages and implements new content in Content Management Systems (CMS) with a focus on quality and version control. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to publish digital content assets and ensure brand consistency and adherence to established style guidelines. Liaise with third-party vendors for digital asset creation. Gathers information from various Carrier's business units to craft compelling content. Route, track, and secure approvals from business units and legal representatives. Maintain the organizational content matrix for the Carrier Customer Experience. Oversee digital asset management tools. Utilize web analytics tools to assess website traffic and users’ engagement metrics. Collaborates with Digital Technology and Martech support to troubleshoot technical issues. Understands website creation and update process, contributing to website enhancements. Editing text and images to ensure they follow the company’s brand guidelines. Creating infographics to illustrate complex concepts in simple ways. Adapt multimedia files for web integration and optimization. Communicate and educate sales personnel on solutions and tools available through the Internet and online networks to increase sales and productivity. Develops the organization's Internet content and handles its Web exposure and position to increase brand awareness online. Formulates plans to extend business with established accounts and to transact business as agent for advertising accounts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 7 + years of content marketing or other digital marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in utilizing a range of digital tools and platforms (SDL Tridion, Adobe Creative Suit, Cloudinary, Media Beacon, Monday, Workfront) Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and their role in publishing content. Experience with MS Office. Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing. Understanding of website creation process and ability to contribute to updates and enhancements. Basic knowledge of digital and graphic design and ability to modify multimedia files for web integration. Prior experience with digital asset management tools is a plus. Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and third-party vendors. Good organizational and time-management skills
