The Challenge
Arrae is a wellness brand looking for you to become the face of their TikTok presence. You'll drive community engagement and product discovery through authentic, trend-forward short-form content while directly supporting their TikTok Shop revenue.
Your Mission
Establish consistent posting cadence: 4-5 TikToks/week that hit 50K+ views minimum and maintain 8%+ engagement rate
Build on-camera confidence and develop signature content pillars (product, lifestyle, BTS) that align with brand voice
Ship 10+ UGC-style ad concepts for testing; identify top-performing hooks with 3%+ CTR
Launch TikTok Shop integration: 8+ shoppable videos with tracked conversion metrics
Grow TikTok following from baseline to 100K+ accounts with 10%+ monthly growth rate
Achieve $XXK attributed revenue through TikTok Shop shoppable content and affiliate program
Develop and execute 2-3 platform-native campaign strategies based on trend research and community feedback
Train and mentor 1-2 new team members on content process and on-camera presence

TikTok Video Views & Engagement Rate
Track monthly average views per video and engagement rate (likes + comments + shares) to optimize content performance.
TikTok Shop Conversion Rate & AOV
Measure click-through rate on shoppable videos and average order value attributed to social content.
Follower Growth Rate
Monitor month-over-month TikTok follower growth and community sentiment through comment analysis.
UGC Ad Performance (CTR & CPC)
Evaluate cost-per-click and click-through rate on user-generated ad concepts tested across platforms.
Content Calendar Adherence
Track posting consistency and alignment with campaign calendars and trend windows.

- You have 2-4 years creating short-form social content with proven TikTok or Instagram Reels portfolio
- You're comfortable being on-camera and have natural charisma; you understand how to read an audience

- You're based in LA and can commit to 3 days/week in-office; you thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- You're camera-shy or uncomfortable with on-camera presence as a core job duty
- You prefer long-form, polished content over rapid-iteration, trend-chasing short-form video
- You can't commit to Los Angeles hybrid schedule or lack experience with TikTok/platform-native content strategy
