Visit.org is looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Creative Lead to join our remote team. The Creative Lead will own our visual identity and creative output, developing campaigns and assets that make Visit.org stand out in the CSR and employee engagement market. This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can both set creative direction and execute at a high standard across digital, video, and event formats. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to thrive as a builder in a startup tech environment.

Please note: This is a remote, Mexico-based 40 hr/week contract position that requires working hours from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for events, social media, email, website, sales initiatives, and product launches.

Evolve and maintain Visit.org's visual identity, ensuring consistency and a premium brand experience across every customer touchpoint. Design and oversee the production of marketing assets, including social content, presentations, event materials, landing pages, digital ads, and videos. Own the visual identity and creative assets for Visit.org events, conferences, and sponsorships, including booth design, signage, presentations, workshop materials, and promotional assets, delivered on deadline. Sharpen headlines and campaign copy, and apply an editorial polish to AI-drafted collateral so words and design land as one piece. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions. Bring fresh ideas, design trends, AI-powered creative workflows, and new storytelling approaches that help Visit.org stand out in the CSR and employee engagement market.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles, with a track record of leading creative work from concept through delivery. Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level creative work across digital marketing, social media, presentations, and video (portfolio required with application). Fluent professional English, written and spoken; this role works daily with a US-based team and creates content for US-market audiences. Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and modern design tools such as Figma and Canva. Experience building and maintaining brand systems, including visual identity guidelines, templates, and asset libraries that scale across teams. Strong video editing and motion design skills, with experience producing content for social, marketing, and events. Experience adopting AI-powered creative tools and workflows to increase output quality and speed. Strong editorial instincts: you notice weak headlines and clunky copy, and you can improve them. Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into creative direction. Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently, with minimal supervision. Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or mission-driven brands is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology. Must be available to travel as needed to support business objectives. Expected travel may be up to 25% of the time, depending on the role and operational needs.
