This role
The Brand is responsible to define, build, and scale PayJoy’s brand perception globally by developing and executing the brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, and integrated cross-channel campaigns, balancing creativity and data to establish a world-class brand function that drives measurable business impact, strengthens awareness and trust, and supports growth across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and scale how the world perceives PayJoy. You’ll develop the brand strategy, visual and verbal identity systems, and brand campaigns.
- Balance data with creativity, storytelling with performance, to establish the foundations for a world-class brand function that drives measurable business impact.
- Create a measurably effective brand function with KPIs for brand health (awareness, consideration, preference)
- Define and articulate PayJoy´’s brand positioning, purpose, and value proposition across audiences and markets.
- Create the PayJoy brand architecture, messaging framework, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines.
- Lead the conception and execution of cross-channel campaigns to drive awareness and trust.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Design, and Communications to ensure brand consistency and coherence across every touchpoint.
- Translate the company’s mission and impact into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to Social Marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in brand or integrated marketing roles; fintech experience is a plus.
- Proven success launching or scaling brand strategies in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort building experiments, interpreting brand and performance metrics.
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent storytelling skills and understanding of how brand drives acquisition, retention, and trust.
