Role Description Growth360Partners is seeking a full-time Creative Specialist for an online role. This person will help develop and execute creative strategies that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and overall campaign performance. The role involves concept development, content creation, branding support, and collaboration across teams to ensure all creative assets align with business goals and brand direction. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment. This role requires someone who can generate strong visual and written ideas, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and contribute to a wide range of creative initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns Create compelling visual and written content that supports brand growth and engagement Collaborate with internal teams to align creative output with strategic objectives Support branding initiatives and maintain consistency across client and internal projects Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, content, and digital storytelling Adapt creative assets for various platforms, formats, and audiences Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Stay informed on creative trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging tools

Qualifications

Strong creativity and ability to develop original, engaging ideas Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in creative strategy development and execution Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, impactful content Ability to manage deadlines and adjust to changing project needs Familiarity with digital marketing trends and content performance best practices Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Tools and Platforms

Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Canva Figma CapCut or similar short-form video editing platforms AI-powered creative and video enhancement tools such as Higgsfield , Runway, Descript, and other emerging creative production platforms Familiarity with content creation tools, asset organization systems, and collaborative project workflows
