What you'll do
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Contract) to manage acquisition execution and measurement. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize paid acquisition strategies from spend to revenue outcomes Build and manage affiliate / referral programs to generate qualified leads Conduct growth experiments to identify and test unconventional marketing channels Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in profitable paid acquisition in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similar markets Experience managing significant monthly ad spend with proven results in MAC and conversion rates Ability to build acquisition programs from the ground up, not just optimize existing ones Fluency in ad platforms, including campaign structure and audience targeting Experience with attribution strategies in a cookieless environment and managing affiliate partnerships
